Macramé Plant Hangers with It's Knot Love

1.png

For the month of March, we are pairing up with local Sacramento maker and owner of It's Knot Love, Lynne Bright, to show you how you can craft your very own boho-chic 4 ft long plant hanger, all while you enjoy a hearty glass of wine! Materials for the workshop include a wooden hoop for hanging, rope, and a 3 inch glass bowl. In addition to the evening workshop, The Quinn will be having an all-day sale with select items starting at 35% off!

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to ENGAGE, a local community effort that supports our local unhomed youth. ENGAGE operates a Safe Space every Tuesday behind St. Paul's Episcopal Church on J and 15th for youth in need of breakfast, lunch, clothing and survival gear for sleeping on the streets. There are over 13k unhomed people on the streets of Sacramento and as of now the City and County only have allotted accommodations in various ways for only a few hundred.

ENGAGE operates solely on community donations and volunteer help - neighbors helping neighbors!

Tickets for this workshop will be $30, which will include a hearty glass of wine, as well as the materials to build your own macramé planter.

Keep up with us on social media for updates on this workshop, as well as many others to come!
